Terms of Use

1. License to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps and games for your own personal learning and entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of our apps or their content without our written permission.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions (such as ad removal or unlimited practice):

• Payment: All purchases are processed by the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings (App Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests must be submitted through the App Store per Apple's refund policy.

Use of our apps is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. AI-Powered Features

Some of our apps (such as HanSpeak) include AI conversation practice, an AI teacher chat, and an AI dictionary. By using them you understand and agree that:

• Replies are generated automatically. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is provided for language learning and entertainment only, and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Your input is sent to our AI provider. The text you type — or speech converted to text on your device — is transmitted to Alibaba Cloud (Qwen / DashScope) to generate a reply. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Acceptable use. You agree not to submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, not to attempt to make the AI produce such content, and not to use the AI features to generate spam or to impersonate anyone.
• Fair usage. AI features consume in-app currency or a subscription. We may apply reasonable rate limits to keep the service available for everyone, and we may suspend access in cases of abuse or automated scraping.

4. Fair Play

To keep the orchard friendly for everyone, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools to modify gameplay or in-app currency.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in our apps and on our website — including graphics, characters, logos, music, and code — is owned by Mango Matrix or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Ads & Third-Party Content

Our apps may display advertisements served by third-party networks. Where required by law or platform policy, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad networks handle data.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of progress, virtual items, or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the grove grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
